- Developed a FAQ Application: responsive application for all 5K Bradesco Branches and internal departments using Java, SQL Server, Spring MVC and Bootstrap. This project allowed Bradesco employees to increase awareness of all the department tools, decreased department ticket requests by 60%, and relieved the department team from level 1 issues.
- Optimised SQL Server database (tables structures, indexes and queries);
- Raised the security concern, finding and fixing security flaws in different projects.

- Worked on the department main project, Budget Application for Bradesco branches;
- Attended meetings with all departments to understand needs and priorities.

Achievements:
- Started as an intern, being hired after probation time.
- Helped the team to create a web based intranet for department activities, redirecting to other applications, employee registration, schedule meetings, borrowing a book in the department library and phone guide.
